1. Welcoming Guests

  • Greet students, clients, and visitors warmly upon arrival.
  • Answer inquiries about the academy’s programs, services, and policies.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or staff members.

2. Managing Communication

  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.
  • Schedule appointments, consultations, or meetings for staff and clients.
  • Maintain a log of inquiries and follow up promptly when necessary.

3. Administrative Tasks

  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, appointments, and daily transactions.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as required.

4. Coordinating Schedules

  • Help students book classes, workshops, or makeup sessions.
  • Work with staff to schedule meetings, events, or training sessions.
  • Ensure all schedules are up-to-date and conflicts are resolved promptly.

5. Customer Service

7. Cash Handling and Transactions
